Salary sacrifice scheme

Salary sacrifice schemes allow employees to give up part of their salary in return for a benefit. Usually the benefit is not taxable, so the employee can make considerable savings as income tax, national insurance and pension contributions are not due on the benefit.

Below is a summary of the salary sacrifice schemes we offer:

Childcare vouchers

If you use registered childcare such as day nursery, Ofsted registered childminder or holiday club you can use childcare vouchers to pay for the care and save up to £85 per month just by using the vouchers.

Car parking

Using salary sacrifice brings down the monthly Trust car parking charge of £22 for full time staff to around £15 per month.

Cycle 2 work

Do you cycle to work? If so spread the cost of a new bike over several months, and save around 35% of the retail cost of the bike and accessories. Working in partnership with Cycle scheme this benefit allows staff to go ‘green’, keep fit and healthy, and save money.

MyCar Lease Cars

For staff who are considering the purchase of a new car, this lease scheme provides a very cost effective alternative. Working with our partners Masterlease there is a massive choice of new cars available, all of which include insurance, road tax, breakdown assistance, servicing and maintenance.
