Give us Your Feedback

If you don’t get the opportunity to fill out our "Your Views Matter" survey (see the section headed "Yours Views Matter"), you can provide feedback and comments in various other ways:
  • You can visit NHS Choices and make a comment about our care (click here to feedback on services at Royal Derby Hospital, or here to feedback on services at London Road Community Hospital).
  • Alternatively, you can go to the independent Patient Opinion website to post your comments (click here to visit their page).
  • We also have a Twitter (@DerbyHospitals) account where you can post questions, suggestions and comments. 
  • You can also write directly to the Chief Executive's office at Trust Headquarters, Level 5, Royal Derby Hospital, Uttoxeter Road, Derby, DE22 3NE
  • If you feel the staff member or team has gone the extra mile you can nominate them for a Pride of Derby Award.
