Bio: I joined the trust in January 2009 as agency staff covering maternity leave recruiting staff for the Derbyshire Nurse Bank having moved to the area from Durham. Prior to this I worked for 27 years in the share registration industry in various locations around the country starting at junior level and working my way up to manager level.
In April 2010 I was given the opportunity to work permanently in the trust splitting my time between what was then the Registered Nurse Support Team (now T2PT) and the Practice Learning Support Unit. This gave me the opportunity to further develop my knowledge in the recruitment field whilst also dealing with the placements of students in the trust and the administration of the Mentor register.
