The majority of outpatient presecriptions are dispensed from the Boots pharmacy near the main entrance of the Royal Derby Hospital.

Boots work in partnership with the Trust dispensing outpatient medicines, over the counter medicines, advice and support. Boots are also able to arrange for NHS prescriptions to be dispensed. Ask at the counter for further information.

Since June 2010, the majority of outpatient prescriptions are dispensed by Boots pharmacy at the Royal Derby Hospital.
When attending an outpatient clinic at the London Road Community Hospital, options of how you can obtain your prescribed medication will be explained to you. Some prescriptions can be dispensed at selected local Boots pharmacies or you can come to the Boots pharmacy at the Royal Derby Hospital if you prefer.
