Things to bring with you

You should bring following items with you:

  • Any medicines or tablets, which you are currently taking, in their original packaging
  • Your diary or details of unavailable dates to help with arranging any further tests or appointments
  • Hearing aid, if you have one
  • A newspaper, book or magazine to read
  • Glasses if you wear them. If it is your child who is attending and they wear glasses, please ensure that they have them
  • Walking aids, if you use them
  • Your ‘All About Me’ document, if you have one
  • If you are staying in hospital, a dressing gown, night wear and toiletries in a small bag
