Stop! Think about where you should be going for treatment

We have introduced live waiting times to give you regular updates about local urgent care services. Our aim is to ensure you receive treatment as quickly as possible.

A&E deals with genuine medical emergencies. If you have a minor illness or injury you will be seen more quickly at the Derby Urgent Care Centre.

It is vital that our busy A&E department is used properly. Please do not come to A&E unless you have a genuine emergency.

The services highlighted in ‘green’ currently have the shortest waiting times. Those in amber and red have a much longer wait. These will be regularly updated throughout the day.

If you’re unsure about where to go, call NHS 111 or visit www.nhsstaywellderbyshire.co.uk for advice and information.
